On-Farm Services

It is part of Agri-King Area Managers’ duties to play an active role in servicing their clients.  Area Managers take samples of your homegrown feedstuffs and send the samples to Agri-King’s Analab for complete analysis.  Our state-of-the-art laboratory ensures 24-hour turnaround time and accurate formulation of rations using real-time analysis.  Once a personalized ration is developed, Area Managers take time to explain ration changes, discuss herd health, and advise clients.

Supporting each Area Manager is our certified laboratory and its experienced lab technicians.  Ration analysts and six Ph.D. nutritionists are also on staff for consultation via our toll free phone number. We work together to increase your profits and reduce your problems.

Cow/Calf

The Agri-King cow/calf program focuses on important factors that make producers profitable.  Through proper nutrition balancing and fortification, Agri-King strives to maintain cow and calf health, minimize body condition during gestation, maximize colostrum quality and milk production for both improved and less costly weaning weights, and lesson the number of days to breeding for a more profitable calving interval. Creep Feed

Supplementing nursing calves with an Agri-King formulated creep feed will improve weaning weights and help maintain a healthy immune system when cows do not have sufficient milk to support optimum calf growth.  Appropriate products to incorporate into creep feeds or feed in conjunction include: Beef Multi-Factors, Super Micro®, Beef Jump Start, Tri-Lution®, Key-Bac Paste®, and Super Calf Tone.

Background/Receiving

A smooth transition to new feeds and environment is the cornerstone of a backgrounding program.  Products such as Beef Jump Start and Tri-Lution® during this transition, along with Beef Multi-Factors as the base vitamin-trace mineral mix, will help minimize mortality and morbidity rates and allow animals to adapt to new feeds sooner.  Enzymes and direct-fed microbials in Zym-O-Factors, Ru-Max and Ru-Max Plus improve digestibility thereby improving feed efficiency and lowering the days to market.  Other appropriate products include Micro XX and Key-Bac Paste.

Stocker

Grower/Finisher
